Welcome, I'm Larissa!

I am a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant,

HTMA Practitioner, Personal Trainer, Mom of 2, and the owner of Metabolic Health & Wellness.  

My main goal in my practice is to provide a safe space.  To meet each and every one of my clients wherever they are in life with care and compassion and provide them with the education and tools to achieve optimal health and well-being.

Minerals & Why they Matter

Minerals are elements that are essential for hundreds of physiological functions in the body including nerve signaling, muscle contraction, electrolyte balance, digestion, hormone regulation, blood sugar balance, detoxification, and much more. 

 

Many lifestyle factors such as: chronic stress, extreme diets, medications, and exposure to toxic metals will lead to imbalances and deficiencies over time. 

This is often described by people as "not feeling like themselves"

and includes but is not limited to: extreme fatigue, anxiety,

depression, difficulty losing weight, digestive issues and

a low tolerance for handling stress.  

In my practice, I use mineral testing to discover the root cause of symptoms.  This gives insight on exactly what kind of support a client needs so they do not have to waste time, energy, or money on supplements and programs that may be doing more harm than good. 

 

With a specialization in Holistic Nutrition and an attainable lifestyle approach, I help individuals to reclaim their health and improve their overall quality of life.
